Booking for the 2026 Season
Ready to Bring the Magic of Santa Flavious to Your Event? Before Booking, please take a quick moment to review the important details below to ensure a smooth & joyful experience!
Rates & Booking Details

Hourly Rate: See pricing section below.

Time Rounding: All bookings are rounded up to the nearest hour. (Example: 30 minutes = 1 hour | 2 hours 15 min = 3 hours)

Breaks: Break time is included in the total hours booked.
Retainer & Payment Info

Reservation Policy: A 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required to secure your date. Your event is not officially booked until the Retainer is received. Bookings are first come, first served.

Please note: Your Retainer secures your spot on the calendar, is protected & often results in turning away other clients.

Early Payment Bonus: Pay your Retainer within 24 hours of receiving your Invoice & receive 5% off of your remaining balance as a Thank-You!

Balance: The Balance can be paid at any time after the Retainer is paid, but no later than the day of the Event.
Schedule Changes
-
Requests to modify the scheduled booking time made more than 60 days in advance may be accommodated as availability permits.

The full Balance for the original timeframe booked will still apply when the client requests to reduce the original hours within 60 days of the event (i.e. "Santa, I only need you for one hour next week instead of two.")
Travel Information

No Travel Fee: for events within 40 miles (one-way) of zip code 77493.

Flat $50 Travel Fee: For events 41 to 80 miles one way.

For longer distances, travel fees will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Add Santa’s Chair for Extra Magic!

Optional Add-On: Rent Santa’s signature chair for your event for just $50. (See photo!)

Please have a backup arrangements ready in case of bad weather.

Help unloading/loading the chair is needed to keep the magic alive! (“Mom, why is Santa unloading a chair from a truck?”)

Booking Santa: $220 per hour
*We cannot accommodate bookings before or after these timeframes
(Santa has to prepare to travel the globe on Christmas Eve).
