BOOKING
To Book Santa Flavious for YOUR Christmas event, please take a moment to read the following steps before filling out a Booking Form:

Hourly Rate: See gray box.

Hourly Break-Down: Bookings are rounded UP to the nearest hour.

i.e. a 30 min booking = 1 hour; 2.25 hour booking = 3 hours.

Breaks: Santa is still "on-the clock" even if breaks are provided.

Retainer: A Retainer of 50% (of the total booking) is required to be added to the calendar.

Cancellation: A cancellation notice must be given at least 45 days prior to the booking date for the customer to receive a Retainer refund.

Travel: Bookings greater than 40 miles from the 77493 zip code will require a travel fee at the hourly rate (unless other arrangements are made)

Santa's Chair: Available for your event for $50 (see pic).

Please have a back-up chair on standby in the event of inclement weather.

Assistance will be needed to unload Santa's chair as to not spoil the Christmas magic ("Mom, why is Santa taking a chair out of a pick-up truck?")

Booking Conditions
DATES 11/01 - 12/15
Booking Santa: $200 per hour
DATES 12/16 - 12/21
Booking Santa: $220 per hour
*We cannot accommodate bookings after 12/21
(Santa has to prepare to travel the globe on Christmas Eve).
*Ask about non-profit and/or charity options.
