Reservation Policies

• Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your event is not officially booked until the retainer is received. Bookings are first come, first served. The remaining balance can be paid at any time, but no later than the day of the event.

  • Please Note: Your retainer secures your spot on the calendar, is protected and may result in us turning away other interested clients.

  • Early Payment Incentive: Pay your retainer within 24 hours of receiving your invoice & receive 5% off of your remaining balance as a thank-you!

​Schedule Changes

• Requests to modify the scheduled booking time made more than 60 days in advance may be accommodated as availability permits.

• The full balance for the original timeframe booked will still apply when the client requests to reduce the original hours within 60 days of the event (i.e. "Santa, I only need you for one hour next week instead of two.")
